A step by step training of artisans and creating an awareness of skin friendly non hazardous chemicals among them, has started reflecting in the end products. Time management was the crucial point, for the logistic approach implemented amount all the production centres situated in deep rural areas, which were inaccessible. The scientific, logical and systematic process control system can now handle mass scale production of the fashion product that too on time. A well documented chain assembly system has been implemented at production floor with consistent rejection level. Moris products received appreciations from the quality conscious overseas customers.
